My Role
At Netpower, I began my journey as a Software Engineer and later transitioned to a Team Leader from June 2022 to June 2023. My responsibilities spanned the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualizing and building mobile applications to leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality projects.
As a Software Engineer, I:
Designed and developed mobile applications using cross-platform frameworks like Flutter and React Native.
Collaborated with clients from diverse regions, including France and India, to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Integrated user interfaces and API bindings into mobile applications, ensuring they met customers' specifications.
Published mobile applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Analyzed client requirements and proposed effective solutions to address their needs.
As a Team Leader, I:
Established clear objectives for the team and assigned responsibilities with defined timelines.
Motivated and encouraged team members to foster a productive and collaborative environment.
